I have experience using a variety of painting materials. At the moment I mainly use watercolours and gouache, sometimes with some mixed media. I also used Acrylics and Oils during my GCSE and A-Levels. After school, I completed a Diploma in Art and Design, with a focus on Visual Communication. Following this I completed a Bachelor's Degree in Make-Up for Media and Performance with a 2:1. At the moment I am working on building my own Art business, selling my work online, in shops and at Markets. Most of my own work is themed around nature and the world around me, I like to paint landscapes and animals. I paint fairly realistically and I am currently exploring a more illustrative style. I have been complimented in the past on my use of colour. I haven't done much tutoring as of yet so I am happy to cater my lessons to your needs. We can focus on basic elements of painting and drawing or I can simply be here to give you accountability in your art practice. I am always improving my own art by going to classes both online and in person. I love life drawing, especially sessions that are full of activities that are more outside of the box. I have also gone to many art journaling classes. Art journalling has shown me a way to be more free in my own art through a fun exploration of mixed media. These classes outside of mainstream education have made me want to pass on my own knowledge and help others develop their Art practice, making sure to include more unconventional ways of exploration.
