I offer a casual approach to studying English, delivering the necessary skills in a conversational manner.

As someone who always struggled with studying, I found teachers who conversed and taught me in a friendly manner rather than throwing worksheets at me had a much more positive effects.

With English especially, where reading books and poems is a must, doing so in a relaxed and enjoyable manner allows for a much easier time of learning strategies for writing the best essays or reviews.

Due to English being so focused on writing extensive essays under timed conditions, I will offer an easy strategy for writing good quality answers whilst still meeting the required word count (it’s easier when you realise you can use the exact same structure for every bloody essay!!!)

My goal for teaching is a unique one, but it worked for me and at the end of the day, getting a good grade is the final goal. As previously stated, I will be working with you to be able to achieve an A or A* whilst having a relaxed mindset and an even more relaxed strategy. Parents do not be scared of this idea, once you get it down the only thing you need to learn is how to spell!
