My lessons are usually a mixture of conversation, grammar and use of vocabulary. For beginners, I introduce the language gradually via basic conversation and grammatical concepts so you can start building your own sentences from the first lesson.
For intermediate and advanced learners I provide them with an entry test (both oral and written) to check their level and where to start. I also ask them what their aim is in terms of the language, i.e. anything in particular they want to hone, any grammatical topics they would like to look at in more detail etc.
I use zoom for online classes as there is the possibility to use a whiteboard.
