I use a variety of memory retention techniques such as pneumonic devices, chunking, analogies/parables, and other association strategies to quickly cement the information as well as have quicker recall! It's one thing to know the information, it's another thing to be able to recall the material when it matters most during test time.
I also provide pressure and anxiety relaxation strategies for test taking time. I will also structure your studying routine around the rest of your day so you are not feeling like you have to study ALL the time. There are certain lengths of studying and resting breaks to take that increase the efficiency of your studying allowing you to make the most of you time.
