With science, I find doing is one of the best ways to learn. I can go through homework in depth and explain how to answer exam styled questions. I am also happy to make and set personalised exam-style questions with the aim of helping the student ace exams. (But I also understand that no one wants extra homework).

In lessons, teachers are rushed to get through the syllabus quickly and cannot focus on more complex topics and give each individual student the support they need to succeed. For

Essentially, I will ask the student which topics they are currently studying at school and whether they struggling with any topic. Then through detailed explanations and practice questions, I will help them to gain confidence in that area.
