My main aim is to keep my lessons as engaging as possible, as well as assisting with technique to ensure the best possible grades. I have an excellent success rate, with 95% of my last GCSE class receiving their predicted grade or above. I thoroughly enjoy challenging the highest grade students, as well as supporting those who have not yet reached their full potential, scaffolding them to be more confident and reach their grade. I have taught in both grammar schools and fully comprehensive, and take pride in supporting all students, regardless of any extra need. I follow the most up to date pedagogy and regularly keep on top of my own subject knowledge, to assist students in demonstrating the flair examiners are looking for to reach the top grade. I have marked for the exam board so I am confident in getting the best out of my students to meet the requirements. My lessons are challenging, but engaging, to ensure you can reach where you want to be.
