After I have more of an understanding I will put that methods into action, whether it be focussed on exam questions, written exercises, factual recall, more game based exercises, or other alternatives. No matter what the type of learning is for each of my clients I aim to make it the most enjoyable it can be and for each client to get out what they want from the sessions.
I would prefer camera on learning if possible as I believe it is an integral part of the learning experience and makes it more engaging.
I value my teaching strengths in the more technical elements. For example: essay structure, exam criteria, written style and structure, and application of knowledge. After understanding the more technical elements of history it is only a case of applying the facts and content in the way I will teach clients. I feel, from my personal experience, that this is not always taught in a coherent manner at many schools. Often it is made more confusing than it needs to be, whereas I hope to strip back the irrelevant bits and give my clients clear guidance in how to improve in their history work.
Feel free to drop me a message and I'll reply to you as soon as I can, thanks!
