About me

Hey! I’m here to make math easier and hopefully, a lot less intimidating. My lessons are pretty laid-back but focused, and I always start with where you’re at. Hey! I’m here to make math easier and hopefully, a lot less intimidating. My lessons are pretty laid-back but focused, and I always start with where you’re at. We’ll usually begin with a quick warm-up or review, so I get a sense of how comfortable you are with the topic. Then, we dive into new material with plenty of examples and step-by-step explanations. I believe in explaining why something works, not just how to get an answer, so you can actually understand the concept. And it’s never just me talking—I keep things interactive and make sure you’re doing a lot of the problem-solving, too.

I am at university and have been tutoring for a couple of years now, mostly working with high school students on topics like algebra, geometry, and pre-calc. My goal is to keep things relatable and straightforward, using real-world examples to show you why math matters. I get that math can be stressful (I’ve been there!), so I try to make my lessons a space where mistakes are totally okay, and questions are always welcome. My aim is to help you build confidence, develop problem-solving skills, and maybe even enjoy math a bit!

Additionally, I offer flexible scheduling and personalized study plans to fit your unique needs, ensuring that each session is effective and tailored just for you. Let’s work together to conquer those math challenges and achieve your academic goals!

I'm currently at Leeds university studying mathematics and will help to improve your understanding of the subject.
