I started my yoga journey when I was 20 years of age and I am regularly doing yoga till that day onwards. The primary motivation that keeps my practices going is its phenomenal transformation within myself. I became more physiologically and psychologically more stable, balanced and exuberant. The techniques that made me competent as a life includes classical hatha yoga which includes Yogasanas, Surynamaskara, Meditative practices such as Pranayama, and mantras such as AUM chanting. The practices which I am going to offer includes these. While Yogasanas can be taught to people who are 14 and above. But for people who are below 14 years, i will be teaching pranayama, meditation and AUM chanting. This can also be practised for people who are above 14 also. Recently I did a certified yoga protocol instructor teacher training to impart scientific techniques of yoga to the people around me. The primary aim of this teachings is to develop human beings innate potential and overrall well being. I have learnt these practices in a an Ashram environment which is called Isha Yoga centre in Coimbatore, India. It's a place which focuses primarily on enhancement of human beings apart from its social activities such as Save soil which is a movement started by Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev who is the founder of Isha yoga centre who is a master in yogic sciences and helps people dealing with relationships, for a successful lifestyle. But the core aim of his is to bring spirituality into our daily lives balancing both work and spirituality.
