I guide 1:1 life coaching sessions and teach personal development to Bachelors and Masters students, and Executives alike, to help you to find the best path to your goals, and make decisions in areas of your life that you feel stuck in - especially in times of life transitions.

Through a warm, supportive environment, and thought provoking discussions, you are encouraged to open up, reflect and share your ideas through guided sessions. We talk through your thoughts and desires, I listen and gently probe and guide you through different exercises to help you to identify missing gaps and gain clarity and solutions towards your goals so that you can make the right decisions for you. This is your time to feel supported toward your dreams and consider any potential obstacles, redefine your strengths, & re-frame perceived weaknesses or blocks so that you can feel less stuck, and move towards your goals with renewed lightness and positivity.

Together, we explore options and consider what is right for you at your current phase in life, and work towards unblocking any potential obstacles or limiting beliefs - which are sometimes uncovered during sessions, especially when dealing with challenging decisions or life changes. This way you can move forward with renewed confidence and ease.

Sessions take place on zoom, and are totally confidential and personalised to you, to support your unique goals, so that you feel ready to life life on your own terms, and to make more impact in the world on your distinct path.
