My lessons start with an introduction to my professional profile, getting to know the students through their introduction, and understanding their needs meanwhile conversation.

Moreover, use some exercises to help increase their trust and knowledge of good practices for health and mental health, and learn how to approach different practices for different situations that are suitable to their needs.

At the same time, it helps them to learn and accept events that they might face on any ordinary day, and so to learn how to facilitate and navigate these events to become better and improve their conditions.
Following this, other practices are to talk about the cultural events that have informed us in the past years and that are also around us in our current circumstances, specifically talking about theatre and film but not to exclude other cultural events.

In terms of the playwriting and screenwriting workshop, the students have the opportunity to tell their own stories through writing exploring storytelling and characters, creating them by themselves through exercises I will teach them during the process. And at the end of it, they are able to present them to an audience they would like to show.

Furthermore, facilitate them on how to navigate the theatre and film industry on a professional level while making a Q&A with myself, and giving them the best advice I can give related to the circumstances that might happen.

Overall, the sessions will cover all information and aspects of how to navigate personal and interpersonal events even professionally.
