I'll first say that it's been 5 years I didn't teach Italian.
My previous experience as an Italian tutor consisted of teaching to African refugees, often with a very basic or not existent knowledge of reading and writing.
I used to start lessons with some games or ice breakers, then proceeding with basic conversations.
Nowadays, I prefer tutoring students with a more intermediate knowledge of the Italian language, because I really enjoy making conversations and sharing experiences.
We can use as well some textbooks, but it wouldn't be my first choice, in case.
I consider myself a very cheerful person, patient and committed. Hence, I assure you won't get bored with me!
