As a reporter and video-maker I've been working in a number of different countries in Asia, Africa, South America and Europe. I'm also a certified Italian teacher and enjoy teaching and learning languages because it gives me the chance to learn more about the world.
I hold a Masters degree in public and social communication from the University of Bologna, a DITALS certification released by the University of Siena for Foreigners and a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certificate. I studied some elocution too and I often help friends and coworkers learning languages. Some of them told me about italki and here i am! :)
I don't have a specific teaching style. It all depends on my student's needs and plans. The language you use when you travel is not the same you use when you have to move somewhere or when you just want to enjoy a book or a movie. I usually discuss such things on lesson 1 and we start working from there.
