Albane Beghin

I am Albane and I am a French student at UCL. I have a bachelor in Sciences and Engineering at UCL. I have done my high school in France and I moved in London 2 years ago.
I an able to teach science classes such as Mathematics or Physics but I can also teach French or help for the homework in other classes.

I have already done tutoring to students in elementary school and in high school in France and in London. I have also done help for the homework.

I usually separate the lesson into two parts, the first one focused on the understanding of the lesson and then the second one on the exercises to practice what we have seen before. I usually use exercise books that the students use at school but also online materials to practice more. We will start with basic exercise to practice the lesson and then we will increase the difficulty with more critical thinking. The goal is to practice until it is perfectly assimilated and understood. When something is not understood, we will try to approach this aspect with a different point of view to be able to understand better such as representing it on a paper or doing exercises in another way than the classical way.

The more important in the tutoring lesson is that the student feels comfortable enough to be able to make the most out of this lesson. We will make sure we are in good conditions to start working on the different lessons.
