I applied both synchronous and asynchronous models of teaching. I normally give my students an opportunity to try some exercises independently before our meeting. This shows the level of understanding the student has on the subject-matter. During live session, i break the subject into smallest understandable format for student's appreciation. I do not only teach but also mentor students in achieving their academic success.

Teaching and imparting knowledge to others have been my hobbies even during my first degree at the university several years ago. I have tutored and prepared over a thousand students for various kinds of examinations such as professional and academic examinations in business, finance & accounting, logic, communication skill, strategic management, management accounting, financial management, micro & macroeconomics, taxation, Project analysis & appraisal, business & operations management, quantitative techniques, management information systems, business mathematics, and entrepreneurship development, among others.

To bolster this, I presently work with both Nottingham Trent University (HPL) and Kaplan as business tutor where I lecture (first-year students at the University) and diploma and pre-master students in accounting and business courses at Nottingham Trent International College. My impact and contribution to the BLSS department at the college were so enormous that I was appointed as a module coordinator of accounting courses in just 3 months of joining Kaplan at the college (NTIC). The department recorded 100% and 90% in the two accounting modules offered at the college under my tutelage. In one of the commendations and appreciation messages sent to me by the program leader, our students who moved on to NTU from the college are recording higher grades at the University for the very first time in a long time since my arrival at NTIC.
