I have a teaching experience of more than 7+ years and have been undertaking multiple subjects while I was working in a reputed school in India. The qualities that I possess: leadership, good listener, communicator, motivator and friendly person. For me if somebody ask who a great teacher is, I will say the one who understands the students, engages, interact and who gives the best out of his/her experience. The teaching methodology for me is first of all updating myself with the subject that I am undertaking and teaching students real time experience and providing relevant examples and trying to make the session interactive by involving the students with critical thinking and logical reasoning sessions. I even provide students with case study which helps them to understand the situation and make a sound judgement based on what they have learned with the subject. The research suggest that case study method of teaching helps a student to understand the subject more precisely.
