Through education and 1:1 group sessions of adapted exercise programs, the plan is to encourage physical activity and increase awareness of the benefits in pregnancy, childbirth and in the postnatal period. The key focus is to strengthen pelvic floor and deep core muscles, while improving overall fitness levels.
