I am a second-year university student with three years of professional experience as a private tutor and a tutor with a reputable tutoring company. My primary focus is on GCSE Triple Science (both higher and foundation), Mathematics (both higher, foundation and further), English (Literature and Language), and 11+ subjects. Over these years, I have developed my skills in both group and one-to-one teaching settings, delivering personalised lessons to meet the unique needs of each student. My track record of success speaks for itself: I have helped students improve their grades significantly, turning low grades, such as a 4, into high 7s and 8s in subjects Mathematics and Science within a year or less. I have also successfully trained students to pass their 11+ exams, particularly in preparing students for the challenging Slough consortium exams. What really sets me apart is my adaptability. I focus on understanding each student’s learning style, providing attention to address and resolve their challenges directly. My method involves breaking down difficult topics into easier steps and repeating these areas until students feel confident and capable. Additionally, I place a strong emphasis on exam techniques, which I believe are essential for success in final exams. By practicing past paper questions and understanding where to gain marks on, my students gain both the skills and talent they need to succeed. My goal is not only to improve their performance now but also to inspire a lasting confidence within themselves whenever they encounter difficulty.
