During graduate school in my PhD program particularly, I had the opportunity to gain experience and develop my ownperspective on teaching by being a Tutor and practical Demonstrator for undergraduate courses of general, Analytical and Physical Chemistry. I also had the opportunity to teach final year secondary school students 2hrs every weekend in preparation for their exams.
My motto since I started teaching has been " it's all about the students. I try my hardest to motivate and push my learners, to make my tutorial classes relevant to their interests and worlds, and to have them actively participate in their learning. Furthermore, I want my pupils to be well-versed in problem-solving skills, critical thinking, questioning, and knowledge expansion. My goal is for my pupils to have the finest learning experiences possible. As a result, students will be better equipped and develop as profound thinkers more quickly, and they will be able to connect their learning experience with their real-life experiences. For these reasons, I am continually evaluating and redoing my teaching approaches in order to provide the greatest possible education for my students.
