I like to teach according to the pace of the student. I am not much into giving bundles of notes to write rather I prefer to teach, Listen and make the student understand very clearly. My notes are short clear and precise. I feel assured that the concept is understood when my student asks questions and follows up with my teaching without any confusion or destruction. I like to give a few takeaway questions to my student and will not be strict about whether it's done or not. Mathematics is a very easy subject once you put your focus and enthusiasm into it. Personally, I used to hate math and my grade was always below D but once I made up my mind and looked for a tutor, I was lucky to have gotten a good tutor. He taught me to my pace and understanding and I finished my high school with an A- grade in mathematics. No student fails because of stupidity, it all depends on the pace and the dedication. I agree even tutors/ teachers play a major factor in a student's life, take an example of my case, I could not understand my mathematics teacher that's why I lost interest in maths but when I found my tutor, He focused more on understanding how my mind will cope up and my pace and brought back the passion for me to love math by not implementing and doing what normal teachers do. He instead taught me with same concepts but different and uniquely till I was able to catch up.
