Active learning.
Depending on the subject taught, I use my developed lesson plan which includes using PowerPoints, case studies, practical questions. Professional courses such as ACCA would have a different approach to undergraduate , A LEVELS or I.. however, this is primarily dependant on the subject.
My core approach is to engage the learner, whether online or in person and to apply the knowledge imparted.
