I make lessons engaging, interesting and varied. I ensure that there is variety in each lesson to understand what will work best.

I enjoy to explore the subject, so like to be curious about the content and have open discussions, sharing fact and opinion. I create engaging starters so we can share our opinions and materials and then start to connect it with the subject which has been proven to help with cognitive load

I learn the content needed for the lesson, turn this into a lesson plan and then create tasks to help students understand the material

I have completed my PGCE and have experience being both a teacher and teaching assistant in contrasting environments
