Aischa Daughtery

As a Russell Group-educated English tutor, I specialise in helping students master essay writing, textual analysis, and exam preparation. I hold a First-Class Honours degree in English Literature & Sociology and a Distinction-level MLitt in Creative Writing from the University of Glasgow, a World Top 80 university.

With over four years of tutoring experience combined, I have worked with students from both state and independent schools, supporting them through National 5, Higher, and Advanced Higher English, as well as Drama, Business, and Modern Studies. My approach is designed to help students achieve top grades, develop confidence, and build the critical thinking skills essential for success at school, university, and beyond.

In addition to tutoring, I currently work full-time in Undergraduate Recruitment Marketing at a leading Scottish university, which gives me first-hand insight into what top institutions are looking for. My experience allows me to guide students in crafting compelling personal statements, honing the analytical skills prized by admissions teams, and developing writing that is clear, original, and academically rigorous.
