I am an engineer with an MBA from IMD b-school, Switzerland and 15 years of business/management experience with leading Fortune 500 companies.
I have facilitated workshops and delivered trainings, at companies like Uber and The Dow chemicals company. I have also trained and coached university students on leadership and general management.
My experience covers areas like Operations, Pricing, Customer Experience and Entrepreneurship as I have also started my own tech venture.

I usually like my sessions to be practical, interactive and dynamic. I focus on clarifying and internalizing concepts, so that they become part of the way my trainees/students think and approach problems. To do that, I like to combine real life examples and case studies with explaining theories and fundamental concepts. I also help and encourage my students/trainees to reflect, and think how they would have acted or will act differently having learnt what they have learned recently.

I like to tailor my content and approach based on the nature and requirements of my audience. Hence, I always ask questions and clarify expectations before and/or at the beginning of my session.

I like people to ask questions and share their ideas. I believe that every one of us is unique, and I always look forward to learning something new from my audience.
