You need to link math to reality with examples and that makes much easier to understand for the students, if the student didn't understand repeat and repeat until the core idea be like roots in his mind, and don't be angry or upset if one of the students didn't get it, because the abilities of the students are different.
The teacher must be a good exemple for his students with good morals and ethics to give them and will last as a legacy for him.
