Hello there students, as your personal trainer I wanna teach you about the key importance of fitness and well being. I wanna understand what your goals are so that I can help you achieve that. And the sort of diets you can go on to reach those goals.

I can help with strength training as I have my own plan or if your trying to loose weight or even gain stamina I can help in this field.

Safety is extremely important as we don’t want anyone getting injured.

What I want you students to experience is that fitness is fun and how important it is to take care of your body so that at your young ages- grow properly.

A basic format of a session would look something like this:

First- a good pulse raiser warmup- including high intensity burst workout. That can be jogging and proceeding to a sprint or whole body exercises like burpees.


Followed along with some stretches as we want to minimise potential injury. For example - quadriceps, hamstring, calf, chest, triceps and trapezoids,

After our warms up and stretches we can proceed to work on the main focus of your guys goals.

I can advise you as mentioned above on exactly what you need to do and the right technique on how to do your exercise. Bad form results in bad results and injures.

I will help students with their diet also and what superfoods they should be having on a daily and to drink water !
