I am an experienced professional Tutor of Earth and Environmental Sciences. I have a Doctorate from one of the premier institutions in the world along with three preceding degrees in Earth Sciences from central universities. I have more than 10 years of Classroom Teaching Experience along with Online Tutoring Experience at the National Learning Platform.
Though I can teach all Science subjects, I am interested in teaching Earth Sciences as per my expertise. I prefer my students to emphasize the conceptual part and real-life applications of a subject more than its learning part. I always find this practice fruitful in building a healthy and intelligent working environment and I think that my students enjoy it the most.
I believe in teaching that is not complex, easy to understand, and enables one to absorb the concept. I keep two things in mind during my lesson; (1) the background and (2) the understanding level of the student. I always incorporate visuals like charts, graphs, images, diagrams, and equations in my lecture slides and lessons. During my lessons I allow students to raise more questions and clarify their doubts.
