Afifa Lodhi

I had worked as a Lecturer at university level for more than ten years and I am bearing over twenty years of schooling in Arts, Science, Humanities, Computer Science, and in Education.

Let me illustrate about my academics first, I did masters and mphil in computer science with specialization in software engineering. In the field of Education, I obtained bachelors in Education e.g B.Ed. and Masters in Education e.g M.Ed. I have hybrid learning and academic experience both in the field of Computer Science and in Education.

Regarding my teaching, let me tell you I stepped into teaching in 2006, since then , I had taught undergraduates and graduates in three universities of Pakistan and one university of Saudi Arabia. Throughout my teaching career, I undertook the major tasks of preparing lesson plans, delivering lectures, assessing students' performance, supervised lab and students' semester projects , did exam invigilaton and wrote official contents e.g letters, applications, statements of purpose etc.

I will offer my students weekly based teaching where I am planning to deliver/cover a particular topic within a week. For example if I have to deliver 48 lectures of 1 hour, I am planning to deliver two hours in a week to a particular class. In this way I can complete a course within a six months.

I am very communicative and will not move ahead until my students get the idea . So I will move on , after their satisfaction. I love teaching and love to hear students' questions and queries.
