Hello, I'm Adrian! After achieving a First in my first year, I'm about to enter my second year of studying Medicine at the Univeristy of Cambridge. I am passionate about the various intersections that exist in Medicine between both the biomedical and computer sciences, such as the role of AI in drug discovery or how even at the cellular level, biological systems can integrate information as computers do.

At A-Level, I studied Chemistry, Biology and Computer Science. I achieved A* in all of them, and in the latter two I also came top of my school cohort. I also achieved Gold in the RSC Chemistry Olympiad, as well as other prizes in similar competitions for my other subjects. At GCSE, I achieved seven 9s, two 8s and a 7.

During my time at sixth form I had the priviledge of being a Chemistry ambassador, where I helped in Year 7 Chemistry Lessons. This involved providing support to individual students who were struggling. I also explained scientific concepts and demonstrated pracitcals, both in small groups and to the whole class. Currently, I am a mentor for the Cambridge SU Shadowing Scheme, where my role now involves providing help to prospective students with the university admissions process.

My teaching methods are all about making the learning process as fun and interesting as it can be - in my experience, this also make the process of revising a lot easier! I have picked up a wide range of revision tips that can help you make sure that information sticks, which I would love to share. I am also keen to highlight the real-life aplications of the material being taught, as well as drawing links to competitions such as Olympiads.
