In my teaching of the Arabic language, I rely on the following:
- Correct pronunciation of the word.
- the true meaning of the word.
- Basic rules of the Arabic language.
- Learning through dramatic texts.
- Avoid getting too deep in the language, at least in the beginning, so that they don't get bored.
- I also prefer theatrical acting method in learning the Arabic language so that there is competition between a group of students and encourage each other.
- Then, at the end of each semester, there will be a theatrical show, punctuated by the pronunciation of the Arabic language in a fun and entertaining atmosphere.
My specialization in directing TV series in addition to workshops in acting and the Arabic language makes me enjoy supporting and training students in learning Arabic and in the emerging theatre industry and am proud to be in charge. As a drama teacher, I believe it is important to know the ages of the students to create appropriate lesson plans. I find it effective for students to work on theory through homework and put theory into practice in school productions. Providing students with feedback is vital, and when needed, I find teaching by example helpful to students. Art is about inspiration, so I think taking students to outside events to watch or participate will prove to be very broad for their creativity.
After all, I love my profession as an artist and as a teacher, I enjoy the idea of teaching others.
