I have been dealing with people from European countries where English is not the primary language of speaking. As part of my roles and responsibilities in my profession, I understand the challenges that they face when it comes to dealing with a person whose native language is English.

Every individual is different and so are their needs when it comes to dealing with their language requirements. The main thing to remember is that it is a learning experience and not a race or exam that you need to pass at the end of the day.
