Adeyemi Adelaja

I have been involved in teaching activities since 2007 after I graduated from university. Teaching is fun for me. I have taught different kind of students both the willing and the unwilling to learn ones. Through my method of making knowledge real and in a very interactive and participatory atmosphere, I have aroused the interest of many unwilling students. I am patient and highly tolerant.

Though many students tend to see Biology as a boring subject, I have taken advantage of the fact that it teaches us about life in general to convince so many students that it is not a boring subject.

I also usually try my best to teach Biology in the context of my area. This means that I try to use examples that my
students can relate with to disseminate a given knowledge.

As a teacher, I try to read about current happenings in relation to what I teach so as to give an updated information to my students and I encourage my students to do the same.

I believe in every students irrespective of any challenges that can millitate against their learning effectively. As a result, I try to study my students to see if I can observe any factor that may not allow them to learn well so I can work towards responding appropriately to reduce the effect of such factor on the learning rate of such students.

In all, I can do anything to ensure that my students learn to be the best.
