Through my studies, work experience and volunteering, I have received and given feedback. I know how essential it is to provide constructive feedback that will help the recipient learn and develop rather than become demoralised. I have witnessed teachers providing meaningful and specific feedback to pupils and how this raises their self-esteem. I have learned from this and practised it in my own interactions with children and in my years as a teacher with positive results.
I am responsible for the children physical and emotional wellbeing. I need many of the skills I have seen in the classroom to be an excellent leader in any educational sector I may find myself. Over the years I develop a reasonable skills to be resilience, good judgement, enthusiasm, energy, patience, creativity, responsibility, leadership, reliability and stamina are all essential. Being a classroom teacher has helped me grow my confidence, leadership and communication skills, which I look forward to bringing into this private lessons tutoring. Impacting lives is a great opportunity for me to show my students that there nothing hard in life, if you set your heart to it and work with a plan then you will achieve any dream of your choice. More so, create interest in the subject that is giving you difficulty and love your tutor regardless of any differences you might have, then you can understand the subject matter being taught better. I believe life is full of challenges we just have to face them and become better than who we were before and grow out of it.
