I like to teach my students in one of the most effective way which is, the Workshop Model. This model has been proven to give the desire results due to the students being the focus of the learning. The workshop model entails the mini lesson- this is the "me time" for me as the teacher to state the objective and focus of the class, my expectations for the students and the teaching teachinque I will be using. Guided practice is the "You time" for my students where they get to demonstrate their knowledge and the understanding of the lesson through class engagement. Then the "we time" which is the individual and group activities to seal what the students have learnt, their concerns and implement the teaching. There are a whole lots of adventure and fun in my class and I can't wait for my students to be part of it.

3 years experience in teaching English and teaching in English language with putting the sensory learning of each child into consideration (tactile, audictory, visual), I've learnt to put my student's needs ahead and take them as the focus through the workshop model. Every stage in my teaching allows my students to express their knowledge in the most comfortable way while guiding them to getting the learning and satisfaction they seek.
