I taught biology in the secondary school for four years and I taught Plant Science/Botany in the University for fifteen years. I have passion for teaching as such I prepare well structured lessons to meet students' needs. My philosophy is that every child can and wants to learn. It is then my responsibility as a teacher to do what is required to facilitate this. I like to take decisions with my students to also facilitate teaching and learning. I derive joy in helping students of all abilities to achieve their full potential.
