I am a motivated, energetic and well-versed teacher with an experience of 14 years in teaching pupils/students across all ages particularly in the primary sector.I have taught in quite a couple of outstanding schools. I adapt teaching aids and methods that suit the educational needs of pupils/students especially the following:Learner-centered teaching method where learners are viewed as active agents in the sense that they are given the opportunity to contribute to learning by sharing their past experiences, their knowledge and ideas which in turn impacts how they absorb new information and learn.
Small group instruction method where the pupil/students are grouped into small group of between 2 and 5 and monitored so that their needs can be identified and met. Game-based learning in which I introduce games to the pupils/students centered around the topic of interest inorder to enhance collaborative learning.
I also ensure that pupils/students are made to interact during teaching and learning by brainstorming, discussing and role playing inorder to boost their logical thinking and communicative abilities and mostly to achieve the purpose of learning.
I am a pursuer of excellence,an active listener that always listens to details, a good leader who sets an excellent pace for others to follow, a good communicator that engages pupils/students verbally and non-verbally describing knowledge and ideas in such a way that the audience pay more attention, a patient teacher who never relents in trying all means to bring out the best in a learner and helping them to excel in life.
