My lessons are students centred with a lot of focus on competence. Learners are allowed to share their perspective when necessary. The various skills needed for effective teaching and learning are employed during my lessons. I take out time to understand my students individually in terms of their strength and weaknesses so as to help them actualise their goals. These skills are well blended with collaboration to achieve the aims and objectives of any lesson. I do not have a one way approach to teaching my lessons, rather I give it my all so as to see my students excel in their future endeavours and be able to cope with outside school's realities.
