- I will be giving you all the resources you need from notes to practice sheets, so that we don't waste time during our class to write a lot. Instead i'll be prompting you to answer, so that you take ownership of your own learning

-I'll give you a small number of actionable steps to take after each class. Not so much to burden you, but just a few challenging questions that cover all the relevant topics from the session

-Every 2 weeks, we will have a dedicated check in session, where we go over your progress and make changes if required
