I am at my second year studying Biochemistry at the university of reading , making me very familiar in biology concepts and have a high level of understanding of the processes and contents in biology.
My lessons will focus in on a specific area of the subject of your choice and we will go through the content together, involving minimalist diagrams helping you to visualise the content we cover. We will also go through standard exam questions for your chosen subject area and how to give an exemplar response, going through which keywords and phrases will obtain you marks.
We may also go through content outside of the curriculum to help you understand more difficult concepts within the subject, giving you the ability to give detailed explanations of complicated processes for example.
I can also aid in creating flashcards for your which you can use throughout the year for your exams, making sure to go over the key terms needed in the flashcards and not making unnecessary paragraphs. Linked to this, i can provide you with great study advice and help you plan a routine which will definitely be able to give you a higher grade, as i was able to bring myself from almost failing one of my a levels to obtaining a B grade within a year.
I will give you constructive feedback based on my observations of questions you answer as well as how well you engage with the content we go over. I will also listen to your questions attentively, being sure to always provide an answer for you and to fill any and all gaps in your knowledge.
