From there, I create a personalized plan that includes a mix of strength training, functional exercises, and mobility work tailored to your needs.
Each session is dynamic, combining practical, hands-on workouts with guidance on proper technique to ensure you’re training safely and effectively. I also incorporate nutrition coaching, helping you understand how to fuel your body for optimal performance and recovery. Drawing from my experience and the mentorship I've benefited from, I’m passionate about paying this forward, focusing on building both physical strength and self-confidence.
