Hello my name is Abisha. I am tutor that is a recent undergrad graduate that understands the necessity of learning something new. My lessons are interactive, so I wont just be talking at you for an certain amount of time so you will be well engaged with the subject matter. I believe that you should be able get your money's worth when you pay for a service, so I can assure that you will always learn something at the end of my lessons. My lessons consist of PowerPoint presentations regarding the subject matter with five minute breaks to decompress from the information provided and to also allow you to process the information I'm giving so you don't feel overwhelmed. My teaching style is designed in a way that allows for my students to fully engage with the subject matter. I do this by way of asking them questions about what I'm teaching them and I give them real life examples to help them conceptualise how engaging with the subject matter outside a learning environment can help them deepen their knowledge of the subject matter and help them to understand the subject when they achieve their academic goals. I also design my PowerPoints in a way allows for my student to be visually engaged so they can mentally be able to engage with the subject matter and to better the learning experience and I believe that all student deserves to engage in learning in a way that lead to academic flourishing.
