Hello! Mathematics is a key subject I show great interest and passion for, having completed my degree in Mathematics I wished to share my knowledge with students who are eager to improve their skills and develop their confidence in the subject. I have 2 years of experience teaching students mathematics, ranging from the age of 11 to 16. Depending on the age group and ability I will tailor my lessons based on each student. With a mix of presentation (to go through content ) and worksheets (to understand and apply the concepts), I will ensure the student understands and strengthens their Mathematics. As each student learns differently, whether it is how they process information or how quickly they comprehend the concepts, I will ensure and tailor the content and teaching techniques based on this. It is important for me to not just deliver the information but ensure the student is able to apply the Mathematical concepts, therefore working through questions together is an ideal method. I like to interact with the student as much as possible rather than 50 minutes of presenting. Having a fun and an interactive lesson will ensure the student both enjoys the lesson and progresses in their education.
