I am a fun and informative English and Maths tutor who has experience with students ages 5-16. I have 4 years experience working alongside students to achieve academic excellence! My teaching style incorperates worksheets, alongside practical elements such as games and audio visual material.

I am fully DBS checked, with relevant safeguarding and prevent training completed this year. I am educated to degree level in English Literature and have Maths & finance qualifications to A-Level standard.

I am happy to complete sessions online via Zoom or Teams. In person tuition can be considered if appropriate.

I have experience with SATs prep for year 2, working on Maths, English, Phonics and handwriting. I have also taught the syllabus for year 6 SATs for English, Maths and science. I also have experience in Private school exam preperation and 11+ Maths and Englsih exam preperation. I am able to teach GCSE English Literature and English Language to a high standard, with a focus on SPaG, creative writing and how to effectivley answer exam questions.

I am happy to provide feedback and carry out assessments where appropriate. Reports will provide learners with the information on where they need to practice and work further to reach their goals.

My availability is evenings after 5pm and between 10am - 2pm on weekends. I am happy to complete sessions over 1 or 2 hours depending on what is requested.
