My teaching method for students is :

1. Realize what they need and what's the end goal of my students. Some students want to learn bioinformatics for their classes and some want to do machine learning. So, I would like my students to be very clear about the objectives.

2. After this, I would set a course and detail the topics for each class. We can agree on a course and I'll take my inputs from my student.

3. I prefer the method of 'coding along with my student'. I am a strong believer of learning by doing and in coding it's extremely important to get your hands dirty. I introduce concepts to my students and then give them exercises to do during the class and also after the class.

4. After every class , I would check along with my student whether the objectives were met or not. I believe in complete transparency and if the student wants more/less content per class, I will make necessary changes.

5. There is an option of payment after class. Also, if the objectives of the class are not met according to my students, I do not take the payment.

For companies, the structure is very similar although it's a seminar for 1-3 days. Your employees can code along with me. It is essential to understand what kind of training is required for your employees.
