I always take a thorough approach while teaching staff by delivering a detailed analysis step-by-step and clearing up the gray areas in the underlying concepts so that the student becomes confident enough to crack the similar problem in future with ease. In case of conceptual issues, I have to provide him the literature to make him understand what it is all about. I have to provide the format wherever necessary. In computation problems I have to check where he went wrong and find out the way he should approach the problem so that he can find out the solution on his own. In this connection, I have to provide him with the formula and will ask him to put the values and check how he derives the answer.
For this to encounter, I need to analyze where that student is lacking, I mean is it related to conceptual area, or the computation part or the format and accordingly advise him.
That is, I think, the sole objective of a successful tutor. It’s a continuous two-way process of mutual learning between me and the student. The only thing that keeps me motivated always is the constant appetite for learning and growth. I’m regularly into studies because I strongly believe that in order to become a good tutor one needs to be a good student first. Needless to say, I’m doing exactly what I’m passionate about. That’s all for now. I’m looking forward to becoming a part of your teaching fraternity real soon. Thank you very much.
