As a fresher in the field of teaching, joining an engineering college as an assistant professor has been an enriching and fulfilling experience. I have always been passionate about teaching and believe it is more than just delivering lectures—it is about connecting with students, understanding their challenges, and empowering them to overcome obstacles.
In my role, I am particularly focused on guiding students who face difficulties, whether academic or personal. Having experienced my own share of struggles during my education, I deeply relate to students who feel overwhelmed or discouraged. My aim is to create an open and supportive environment where they feel comfortable sharing their concerns and finding solutions together.
I believe that teaching should be engaging and relatable. To achieve this, I incorporate real-life examples and interactive methods to simplify complex topics, ensuring that students not only understand but also enjoy the learning process.
