After contacting the student, I offer the first class to be free and the student can check my teaching style if suitable or not. If suitable for the student, we can continue and agree to the timings and subjects of the material. Usually, it is either I provide the slide or the student provides me the slides and I teach accordingly. Or courses like programming does not require much of slides as it requires practicing the programming skill. So, the style is sharing the screen and teaching and the student is encouraged to record the session for future reference if needed. I usually offer flexible hours of teaching considering the time zone of the stident.
