My teaching methodology, encourages full participation with learners of varying levels and diverse backgrounds, by structuring lessons in a manner that reduces teacher-to-student talking time, elucidating lesson aims, checking learners' understanding, reiterating important concepts, providing constructive feedback, as well as nurturing learners' curiosity, self-motivation, self-examination, accountability, critical thinking during problem-solving, comprehension with minimal instruction and persistence. These approaches help foster resilient independent learning.
