A dedicated, fully qualified and proven science (Physics specialisation) & maths teacher with over 15 years' classroom experience. This experience, acquired in several countries, has formed the basis for sustained professional development and professional contributions to best modern practice. This practical on-going experience, reinforced with over a decade studying successfully at degree level. In my teacher role, I exercised a calculated and methodical approach to problem solving. I have extensive knowledge, and experience in secondary education and classroom management with proficiency in differentiated instruction. I have contributed to teaching and learning through effective organization, prioritization, and execution of assigned tasks. I believe my collaboration, critical thinking and teamwork abilities will support and drive Students' continued success. I use interactive, students' cantered approach to students learning. Students should be given an independent learning environment, where they use their critical thinking to problem solving. independent learning and critical thinking are important industry requirement in todays age. Without these skills, they will not be able to successfully participate in the global economy. They won’t be adequately prepared for college and work. These skills could be valuable to a new high school graduate and to employers, as well as how these skills can easily interact with one another. The students of today are intelligent, independent and extremely capable. They are skilled with technology and comfortable with global and intercultural communication. I need to focus on students to build their confidence and provide them chance to explore themselves and try to solve the problems. Learning from mistake is a key to success.
