I have been teaching the subjects of Pharmaceutical chemistry for about two years including biochemistry, organic chemistry, Analytical chemistry and Medicinal chemistry. I have covered the course outline of all these subjects. Teaching method is based on direct discussion with students with encouraging participation of students in this. I make sure that each and every student of class actively participates in this discussion. I prepare my lecture from reference book and research papers, make my concepts more clear by consulting video tutorials of experts in the subject and then arrange and deliver my lecture in a story telling manner by using simple language and from simple examples from daily life routines. My lectures are divided in four parts. The first parts constitutes on discussion about the previous lecture and next three parts are consisting upon introduction, Explanation and conclusion of the next topic. Introduction part consists of a key including history, main points and terminologies associated with topic. In the next part all of the points are explained with examples and then, in the conclusion section, a summary and revision of key points is discussed. Questions are highly encouraged during and after the class. Throughout the two years of my teaching career I have developed this method of teaching and found very much effective in a sense that satisfaction as well as motivation level of students is found to be very high when they are engaged and involved in the discussions. I can simply make this subject the easiest one.
